Who is responsible
GAD ADS LLC, 14 Doroshenka St., office 5, Lviv, 79000, Ukraine ("gadads", "we") is responsible for this website and for the requests sent through it. Questions about your data: [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: what you are here for, your name, your email or Telegram handle, your message, the language and page you sent it from, and the time. We do not store your IP address.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare hosts this website, receives the form and keeps a record of each request. Google Workspace delivers the request to our mailbox as an email. Both process it only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
The record of a request is deleted automatically after 365 days. The email stays in our mailbox for as long as we need it for our conversation with you.
Cookies and tracking
No analytics, advertising or tracking. The site remembers a few choices on your device: dim mode and whether you have seen its tip (in your browser's storage), and the language you picked and whether you have been here before (two cookies, so the automatic language choice happens only once and your own choice wins). Fonts are served from this site.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to us at [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
